The Beautiful King Room with Spa Access featured an amazing shower with waterfall capabilities and stellar water pressure. The room was modern and stylishly decorated.

The stairs in the hotel can be quite a workout. The breakfast served at a local café was limited, focusing on a slice of pizza and a croissant rather than a true continental spread. Soundproofing in the rooms was inadequate, as noise from other tenants was audible and interrupted sleep, frustrating after a busy day exploring.

the room was great-sized, provided us with a gigantic jacuzzi, the wifi, for instance, it was a great stay all in all. coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator worked well. the atmosphere created was quiet.

So efficient and accommodating, such a good check-in process.

Location not far from the main shopping street as well as the old town. Exceptionally kind and nice staff always on hand. Absolutely fantastic and nice room with luxury bathroom and hypoallergenic pillows.

Charming hotel, inviting spa, where the gorgeous spa provided a very relaxing addition to my trip and the strong air conditioning made for a comfortable stay in the well-cleaned room.

Staying here was such a delight! We were in Rome for a short getaway and wanted to see the major landmarks. The location was perfect, being a short stroll to places like the Colosseum and Piazza Navona. The room was stylish and clean, and having access to a wellness area was a fantastic bonus. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which, despite being served in a local cafe, was a nice touch compared to other places in Italy. I'll definitely be recommending this spot to friends visiting Rome!

There are far too many doors to navigate before reaching your room!!! The ventilation filter in the bathroom was clearly overdue for a cleaning. The shower could use some attention to prevent future mold buildup!!!

The room faced the bustling streets, so I enjoyed the lively atmosphere, even catching some late-night music and wonderful pizza aromas. The staff were accommodating. They even organized my airport transfer and allowed me to check in early without any extra charge. Cleanliness was great, with every corner super clean and stocked with essentials like toiletries and a hairdryer. Just a heads up, the breakfast served downstairs at the local café was a bit misleading-it's not a continental spread but rather a small slice of pizza and a croissant, which wasn't a deal-breaker, though. The hotel's location is fantastic. Central to shops and major sights like the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps. But be prepared for a longer walk to the Vatican, but that's manageable. Plus, I found the wellness area relaxing after a long day of exploring. All these thoughtful details.

The central location was fantastic, just a short walk to the old town and iconic sites like the trevi fountains. The bed was super comfortable, and the friendly service from our host. The wellness facilities also added a lovely touch to our experience!

Free Wi-Fi was great, but noise levels from nearby streets were annoying at night.

It was just a reliable pick for a weekend break in Rome with excellent value for money. The shower had amazing water pressure and features that really helped me unwind after long days of exploring. Try to check out the spa during your stay.
